This is Vlog #4 from our trip to Dr. Sebi’s Usha Healing Village in Honduras, including more footage of our the therapies with the thermal water running through the village.

Ty and I both had sea moss masks for skin to use with the sauna therapy along with the thermal water pools that have a naturally high alkalinity. Many additions and renovations are in progress at Usha Village and I highlight a few of them along with a few encounters from our friends of nature.

Keep an eye out for the next vlog as I will be sharing our tour of Dr. Sebi’s new home that was being built before he transitioned Aug. 6, 2016.
