Ingredients:
Whole grain teff.
Also known as Eragrostis tef.
Preparation: Add 1/2 cup teff to 2 cups of water and bring to a boil. Stir, cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 10-15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Makes 4 servings.
