Prepare tea by adding to a tea leaf infuser or a tea filter drawstring bag, set aside in tea mug.  Bring water to a boil in pot.  Remove from heat and pour desired amount into your tea cup of herbs and allow it to simmer for at least 10-15 minutes before consuming.  The longer it simmers and more potent your tea will be.  Drink 1-2 cups daily or as needed.
