Ingredients: whole grain kamut
Preparation: Rinse & soak 1 cup kamut in spring water overnight & drain. Add to 3 cups spring water and bring to a boil. Stir; cover, reduce heat to low and simmer for 30-40 minutes or until soft. Add 15-20 minutes if grains were not soaked.
Makes 4 servings (2¼ cups).
