- 1 cup Aquafaba
- 1/4 cup Agave
- Stand Mixer or Hand Mixer

- Pour aquafaba and agave into a large mixing bowl and begin to mix at a high speed.
- A stand mixer should take around 5 minutes to whip up, while a hand mixer takes 10-15 minutes.
- The Alkaline Whipped Cream is now ready for use, enjoy!
After use, make sure to store it in the refrigerator. Over time the whipped cream will start to turn back into aquafaba, whipping it again will revert it back to whipped cream.
