This recipe makes about 8 coconut tahini cups.
- 1 cup coconut flakes, unsweetened
- 1 tbsp. tahini butter
- 1/4 cup agave
- 2 tbsp. coconut oil
- Pinch of sea salt
- food processor
- mini silicon cupcake cups
You can also try making these with some nuts or dried fruits!
- Add all ingredients to food processor and pulse for 15-20 seconds until well blended.
- Scoop mix into cupcake cups and sit in freezer for 15 – 20 minutes to allow coconut oil to set.*
- Pop them out and enjoy!
*If you do not have the silicon cups you can use a small baking sheet instead. After freezing you can cut into squares.
