Now that we can successfully create recipes and follow an alkaline electric lifestyle using the recommendations from Dr. Sebi’s Nutritional Guide, we should take a closer look at another great way to optimal health.  Drinking our nutrients adds an extra opportunity for us to gain energy, reverse conditions and in many cases lose weight. 

This can all be achieved due to the vitamins and minerals contained in the following electric items that support our systems at a cellular level.

Enjoying an infused water, tea, smoothie or even nut milk is a perfect opportunity to easily add in nutrients that can boost our immunity, detox our systems and hydrate us to better health. 

How To Add Healthy Drinks To Your Regimen

I’ve been able to quit my daily coffee habit just by drinking homemade ginger tea instead.  Sometimes I switch it up with a sweet bromide drink, using Dr. Sebi’s Bromide Plus Powder.  It contains 92 out of 102 minerals our bodies are made of so it’s very beneficial.  I can’t remember the last time I was sick! 

Try whipping up some hemp or walnut milk to drink alone or add to smoothies & hot porridge like Teff Cereal.  Some of these beverages are excellent to drink while fasting or detoxing and if you opt for spring water or fresh juice you can always blend in some Irish moss gel for a healthy mineral boost.
