Ingredients:
Whole grain spelt.
Also known as dinkel wheat or hulled wheat
Preparation: Rinse & soak 1 cup spelt in spring water overnight & drain. Add to 3 cups spring water and bring to a boil. Stir; cover, reduce heat to low and simmer for 45-60 minutes or until soft. Add 30 minutes if grains were not soaked.
Makes 4 servings (2¼ cups).
