What You Will Need:


  • 1/2 cup grain of choice 


  • high speed blender or food processor


  • Add grain to blender and run until grain is grounded into a smooth flour texture.
  • Blending times are based upon the blender or food processor used.


You can easily turn Dr. Sebi’s recommended ancient grains including spelt, quinoa, teff, Khorasan wheat (Kamut) and even chickpeas (garbanzo beans) into flour and Chef Ty shows you how below!
