Ty’s Conscious Kitchen Celebrates a over a decade of service to the community! 

It all began when Ty sought out options to do a detox when his search led him to Dr. Sebi’s herbal methodology.  He found his way to the herbs, but not so much the food options, while on the journey.  As a food lover he found it hard to give up some of the foods he grew up eating and was used to.  It was rough.  He saw others on the same path as he and his family and applied what he knew about cooking to Dr. Sebi’s nutritional guide and from there Ty’s Conscious Kitchen was created for the masses, in October 2015.

Ty went on to teach the community, via his YouTube channel, how to easily prepare his original recipes using only the ingredients from the nutritional guide.  Through this method Ty provided a way to prepare and eat delicious Alkaline Electric foods to carry them along as they worked to heal their bodies while taking the recommended natural herbal remedies.
